Admin Position

Company: Synergy Pharma

Job Description

  • Make contracts with suppliers and customers according to the company's sample form
  • Track and update status of drug shipments
  • Send necessary documents to customers
  • Other tasks assigned according to company needs
  • Monitor and promote the progress of product files
  • Draft documents according to available forms for registered products (medicine)
  • Contact foreign drug manufacturers from countries such as India, Turkey, Philippines, etc to request information and necessary documents
  • Process and monitor product contracts between the company and suppliers
  • Contact existing suppliers while outsourcing new suppliers
  • Report progress of and sign agreements for upper-executives
  • Record and manage company documents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, pharmacy, commerce, foreign languages, or equivalent majors
  • Ability to communicate, read, and write emails in exceptional English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to demonstrate honesty, care for the company, and great attention to detail
  • No previous work experience in related firm (pharmaceutical) or expertise required
  • Work office hours (8:30-17:30) from Monday to Friday, off on Saturday and Sunday
  • CV/resume must be written in English
